This notice explains how Lanier X, LLC ("we") handles personal information for Scriptured.

App data you choose to save (e.g., verses, favorites, progress).
Diagnostics (crash logs, basic analytics) to improve stability and features.

How we use information

Operate and improve Scriptured and other Lanier X products.
Provide support and communicate about updates and changes.
Comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

We don’t sell your personal information. We share data with service providers who help us operate our products (e.g., hosting, analytics) and only as necessary to provide those services.

Children’s privacy

Scriptured is a general‑audience app and is not intended for children under 13. We use a neutral age gate and do not allow users under 13 to create an account or submit personal information. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from children under 13; if you believe a child provided personal data, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. You can request deletion at any time.
