By using Scriptured, you agree to these Terms & Conditions:

• Eligibility: Scriptured is for users 13 and older (neutral age gate enforced).
• License: We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use Scriptured. No reverse engineering, scraping, or harmful use is allowed.
• Ownership: Lanier X, LLC owns the app and related intellectual property; some content is licensed from third parties.
• Termination: You may stop using Scriptured at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
• Disclaimers: Scriptured is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. In all cases, our total liability for any claim related to your use of Scriptured will be limited to the greater of (a) $100 or (b) the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim arose. This limitation does not affect rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
• Governing Law: North Carolina law governs these Terms, with courts in Durham County, NC having exclusive jurisdiction.
